SDSSA Membership Information

South Dakota State Skeet Association (SDSSA)

In general membership is paid by target fees and not yearly dues.

MEMBERSHIP QUALIFICATIONS

• Member Clubs

  1. All South Dakota clubs, businesses, private individuals, associations of similar entities that have at least one skeet field and is a member in in good standing with the NSSA are eligible for membership. Membership will be granted to those "clubs" who threw 500 or more NSSA registered targets the previous year. Qualifying targets include NSSA registered shoot targets or monthly targets.

• Individual Membership

  1. All residents of South Dakota and members of the military and their families currently stationed in South Dakota who are members in good standing with the NSSA are eligible to be members of the SDSSA. Membership will be granted to those individuals who have shot 200 or more registered targets in the previous five (5) years or shot 5,000 lifetime registered targets. Qualifying targets include NSSA registered shoot targets or monthly targets.

DUES 

• The SDSSA is not charging yearly dues for membership. 

TARGET FEES

• The SDSSA is not presently charging a State Association fee for “Monthly Targets”.

• The SDSSA is not presently charging a State Association fee for “Youth Only” shoots.

• The SDSSA will be charging $0.05 per target ($1.25 per round) for all other Registered events.
